1General Terms

Bcc99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is a licensed online gaming and betting platform. By using bcc99's website or services, you (hereinafter referred to as "member" or "user") are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all bcc99 services — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, card games, and any promotional offers. Using our services without reading the terms means any future claims based on unawareness will not be accepted.

Bcc99 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration

To create an account on bcc99, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• If two members of the same household open separate accounts, each must complete individual KYC verification to confirm their identity.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.

After registration, bcc99 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including a National ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure. Sharing account access with anyone else is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Bcc99 supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• All deposits must be made from the member's own payment account.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals are not allowed until a bonus's wagering requirements have been met.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Bcc99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus is applicable once per account only (same person, same device, same IP).
• Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse is found, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bcc99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the Welcome Bonus. The Welcome Bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement — meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before any withdrawal can be made.

5Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on bcc99:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bet outcomes are confirmed through official sources. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.
• Any bets linked to match-fixing or suspicious activity will be voided if evidence is found.
• For live betting, the time the bet is accepted by the server is considered final.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be reassessed in accordance with bcc99's policy.

The minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market. bcc99 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bcc99:

• Opening an account under a false identity or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Coordinated betting to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Bcc99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to provide accurate information during KYC verification.
• When suspicious transactions or betting patterns are detected.
• As a precautionary measure in response to a security risk.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal, but all active bonuses will be cancelled.

8Privacy & Data Protection

Bcc99 takes your privacy seriously. Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery, security verification, and legal compliance.

We never sell your information to third parties. Data may only be shared with authorities when required by law.

• Financial losses resulting from a member's own negligence.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• When service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical outage.
• If a member's account information is accessed by an unauthorized party.

10Responsible Gaming

Bcc99 is committed to responsible gaming and always keeps its members' wellbeing in mind. We encourage every member to:

• Play within your budget.
• Avoid placing extra bets to try to recover losses.
• Do not treat gaming as a source of income.
• Take a break or seek help whenever you need it.

11Dispute Resolution
